The Flathead Lake Suite is on the ground level with a king sized bed. It also has a gas fireplace, private patio, private bath with air jet clawfoot tub and beautiful tile shower.

The common areas include a large living room, a dining area with one large and two small tables, a full-size kitchen on the main floor and a kitchenette on the ground floor, and there are two additional bathrooms and a washer and dryer available for shared use. The great room on mid level has a coffee and wine bar, plus a separate dining deck.

The kitchen and dining area has its own gas fireplace, two dining tables, a breakfast bar and commercial grade Viking and Wolf appliances, and an outdoor dining deck.

There is an electric car charging station, a gas grill, and a fenced pet relief area for guests.
